nINA’s On-Going #Trans4mation

In the wake of our fourth-year anniversary celebration, nINA Collective stands as a beacon of hope and progress in the realm of organizational development and inclusivity. Our celebration, held at the bustling Robinia Courtyard, brought together over 130 dedicated supporters, marking a significant milestone in nINA's journey towards fostering healthier, more inclusive organizations and relationships.

Central to the fourth anniversary event was the unveiling of nINA's latest initiative, the Community of Practice for individuals and organizations. This groundbreaking platform represents a paradigm shift in the way individuals engage with transformative learning and practice. Through a myriad of mediums including book studies, podcasts, workshops, and interactive sessions affectionately dubbed "CHOIR" (Co-creating Healthy Organizations & Inclusive Relationships) Conversations, the Community of Practice empowers participants to challenge the status quo, explore innovative ideas, and collectively strive towards building organizations grounded in equity and inclusion.

The ethos of community lies at the core of nINA's mission. Drawing inspiration from indigenous wisdom that spans millennia, we recognize the inherent power of collective learning and shared experiences in driving meaningful change. By creating this space, nINA aims to cultivate a supportive ecosystem where individuals feel emboldened to experiment, learn from one another, and collaboratively navigate the complexities of effecting positive change within their organizations and communities.

Looking ahead, nINA extends a heartfelt invitation to all interested individuals to join nINA’s Community of Practice to partake in the upcoming CHOIR conversation scheduled for April 10th. This pivotal discussion will center on the pressing issue of "The Tax on Black Women in Leadership" and explore strategies for organizational transformation aimed at uplifting and supporting black women leaders. Additionally, on April 17th, nINA will open our doors to offer a free opportunity for everyone to glean insights from our esteemed partners, further enriching their understanding and practice in the realm of organizational development and inclusivity.

As nINA Collective continues to chart our course forward, we remain steadfast in our commitment to dismantling harmful structures and amplifying diverse voices and perspectives. With CHOIR serving as a cornerstone initiative, nINA envisions a future where equity, diversity, and inclusion are not merely aspirations but tangible realities woven into the fabric of our society.

Last week's anniversary event was more than just a celebration of nINA's achievements—it was a testament to the power of community, the importance of collective action, and the unwavering commitment to building a better, more inclusive world. As we stand on the precipice of a new era, let us join hands in this noble endeavor to co-create healthier organizations and more inclusive relationships for generations to come.
