Armando Hernández is driven by a desire to see belonging, social justice, and wellbeing come alive in our work and living communities. Armando has done this by forming collaborative relationships that support effective teams, transformative leadership, and equity-centered practices. Armando looks forward to the opportunity to co-design work communities where everyone can thrive through an anti-racist, feminist, and equity-centered lens. This lens includes building capacity for change, deconstructing power, and building empowering narratives. Armando is a Licensed Psychologist with over 20+ years of experience in non-profit community mental health, healthcare, and public education. His specialties include equity-centered coaching, trauma-informed wellness practices, and group facilitation. On the lighter side, Armando enjoys poorly playing basketball at the Y, mindfulness meditation, family pickleball, and researching the latest tech tool to make life a little easier.
