Coaching Circles
Coaching supports leaders and change agents in driving internal change initiatives so they can realize their vision and move forward in thoughtful, effective, and proven ways.
Monthly drop-in coaching for all nINA facilitators and Community of Practice members offers an opportunity to ask questions and problem-solve with peers as well as Directors from nINA Collective.
Quarterly Leadership Coaching Circles to allow leaders from partner organizations to discuss challenges and successes to support one another in navigating change.
Reading and Reflection Groups
In these groups, participants receive regular assignments that may be from a book, a podcast, a video, an article, and sometimes even a social media post that will spark new thinking and conversation around race and racial justice. Participants receive assignments in advance, and are then able to join with others for deep discussion about the shared material.
