nINA Collective Reflects on their first five years in Project 2025: Another Way is Possible Brief
The nINA Collective's five-year anniversary invites us to reflect and take stock of where we have been so we can navigate our path forward with purpose and solidarity.
Our first five years as a business occurred during an explosion of global, national, local upheaval. Weathering these events gave us a specific perspective and shaped both our work and the community we have created.
In this moment when many organizations are rolling back DEI, we remain steadfast in our commitment to justice. We are releasing a brief with our findings about what strategies can be truly transformational - even during tumultuous times.

The five-year period from 2020-2025 has been...remarkable. A global pandemic, a racial justice uprising and resulting backlash, and political upheaval at all levels have required us to adapt, connect, and re-center our values and approach.
